What is an assembly?
A Christian assembly is a local gathering of believers who seek to follow the pattern of the New Testament. Independent and non-denominational, assemblies recognize the Bible as their sole authority, meet for worship, prayer, Bible teaching, the Lord's Supper, and sharing the gospel, and are led by a plurality of local elders rather than a central organization.
Because we believe the good news of Jesus Christ is for everyone, we gladly sponsor the ministry of Good News Vancouver, which shares the message of salvation through community outreach, gospel events, Bible teaching, and local assemblies across the Lower Mainland, helping people discover hope and faith in Christ.
